Mr. Paliath is a highly accomplished executive with over 30 years of financial and operational experience across disparate industries and business models. Mr. Paliath has reorganized corporations to capitalize on operational efficiencies and successful financial benchmarking throughout his career. Additionally, he has undertaken strong fiscal management and cost controls which have elicited savings and increased cash flow for every organization during his career. Mr. Paliath is married and lives near Annapolis, Maryland. He is the proud father of two children. He is an avid reader, chess player, and loves to travel. He classifies himself as a “foodie” after spending many years in New York City enjoying its gastronomic delights.

With an engineering mindset, he is building next-generation cybersecurity solutions powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced secure infrastructure that protect organizations against today’s threats and tomorrow’s evolving risks. He has authored a few notable books, the most recent being “You are Protected…Right?” This represents a straightforward and unvarnished roadmap to Cybersecurity in our world. Mark remains actively involved in his community, supporting veterans’ causes and charitable initiatives that mirror his service-first mindset in all aspects of his life
Bio:
Mr. Burke has more than twenty years in the intelligence and cyber fields, William has found a passion for developing impact-driven offensive security programs and the personnel that lead them, having previously served in multiple cyber roles in the United States Air Force and co-founder of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Red Team, and as the Deputy Chief of Vulnerability Evaluations (VE) at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). He served as an Adjunct Graduate Professor in the cybersecurity program at Marymount University, where he independently developed and taught a graduate course on offensive security methodologies, and he served as a member of EC-Council’s Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Practical scheme committee. He currently holds 15 industry certifications and an M.S. in Security Informatics from Johns Hopkins University.
Bio:
Mr. Stockholm is an executive leader with more than 40 years of experience in cybersecurity and enterprise IT operations within governmental and private organizations. He is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and retired GS-15 federal executive who served as Chief IT Disaster Operations and as FEMA IT Operations Deputy Division Director. His deep operational experience is instrumental in deploying real-world solutions. His certifications include but are not limited to Project Management Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified CMMC Professional (CCP), and Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA).
