William Burke IV

Mr. Burke has more than twenty years in the intelligence and cyber fields, William has found a passion for developing impact-driven offensive security programs and the personnel that lead them, having previously served in multiple cyber roles in the United States Air Force and co-founder of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Red Team, and as the Deputy Chief of Vulnerability Evaluations (VE) at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). He served as an Adjunct Graduate Professor in the cybersecurity program at Marymount University, where he independently developed and taught a graduate course on offensive security methodologies, and he served as a member of EC-Council’s Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Practical scheme committee. He currently holds 15 industry certifications and an M.S. in Security Informatics from Johns Hopkins University.
